Shipping policy

We charge a FLAT FEE of $5.00 per address for orders $74.99 and under, and FREE Shipping orders $75 and over. We generally ship First Class USPS. Please allow 1-3 days for fulfillment on each item that is in stock and ready to ship.

Custom Orders or made-to-order, not currently in stock orders, please allow 6-8 weeks for fulfillment of order, may be sooner, but just in case as the kiln gods can be finicky.

We can not be held accountable for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to us due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses, package refusal, or theft after delivery.

Shipping 
Return shipments will not be accepted without prior authorization, please email info@deborahtrella.com about arrangements.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damage
We will replace items if they are damaged by shipping, we will send out the replacement at no charge to you. Please send a photo of defective/damaged item within 5 days of delivery to info@deborahtrella.com. Keep the item and the packaging until notified. We will handle the claim with UPS or USPS and send a replacement to you free of charge as soon as possible. Please note, if it was a one-of-a-kind item this may take 6-8 weeks to be remade.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
